Personal Darshans
There will be an opportunity for Darshan following Retreat via telephone. These 5-minute private Darshans enable all seekers to dive more deeply into the Highest Truth, and receive a direct energetic Blessing from Sri Svamiji to more fully understand and implement the Teachings in one’s daily life. Timings will be scheduled in the days following Retreat. We will reach out to you when we have established the schedule.
Preparation for the Celebration

It should be the first priority in your life."
Make sure to clear your schedule and create space for yourself to be in full celebration,
practice and attunement for the duration of Retreat.
"When you can keep your mind calm, peaceful and strong, this will also enable you to become more focused on your goal."
It is recommended to engage in personal practice such as meditation, pranayam, and spiritual reading in preparation for Retreat and during breaks. Get a good night's sleep, eat light and abstain from tendencies and habits that can create heaviness or tamas.
