Sri Svamiji’s Teachings are based on the pure Vedic Sanatan Dharma, the perennial Vedic tradition and philosophy emanating from India. The Vedas are about Divine Law, what is Real or Absolute - beyond the mundane life in this world - and point to what is possible for humans to realize and live at their full potential. The Vedas comprise the most comprehensive holistic Teaching dealing with all aspects of life and nature. They are founded in the authentic traditional Vedantic universal philosophy. This philosophy or way of life embraces an understanding of the original Sanskrit meaning, the Vedic texts, respect for ecology, nature and the environment, the Ayurvedic health tradition, meditation and yoga as part of everyday life. Sri Svamiji offers traditional understanding and wisdom - and emphasizes the valuable key concepts of dharma, seva, humility, integrity and responsibility for oneself, one’s relationships and one’s environment. The Teachings focus on promoting overall wellbeing to enable a more enlightened and peaceful lifestyle - inner peace- to enhance quality of life, balance, coexistence and true spiritual understanding. How to achieve a happy, healthy life and to use your time in your life meaningfully - and to deal with life's challenges positively are explained in a unique and accessible approach with gentle humor, patience and wisdom.
