Divine Retreats center around Sri Svami Purna’s discourses on the science of Yoga and Vedic philosophy. Sri Svamiji’s teaches different techniques and practices for developing a healthy and balanced lifestyle and imparts the highest Knowledge for those seeking spiritual fulfillment. Question and answer sessions provide the opportunity for students to ask Sri Svamiji about challenges they may be personally experiencing in life or more general questions about the Highest Truth. Retreat activities also include periods of silence and sitting meditation, mantra and pranayama practice, inspiring music by ParaNadam, walking meditationand participation in sacred ceremonies such as Havan (fire ceremony for powerful inner purification) and Blessings.
Attendance at any of these events is a personal, individual choice. Participants are wholly responsible for any decisions they may make in preparation for, during, and following Retreat.
